Depression is one thing that has become common nowadays. Even small children are saying that I am in depression. Now have to first understand what depression is?
Is it just a psychological thinking or a physically chemical imbalanced inside of our brain? Is there any connection to that?
The way we are thinking, the way our feeling, emotion is working, is there any physical relationship behind it. What we do is that we always look at a small part of a problem and work on that part. There is no holistic approached. Holistic means to pay attention to any problem completely. Suppose the problem is something. We all have seen a small part of it and we are fixing a small part, will that fix that problem? This answer is no because you don’t know what is happened.
TYPES OF DEPRESSION
There are two types of factors which leads to depression. The psychological level is the most important factor for depression. There is no doubt for it. there will be such type of reaction stars in our body. If we think negatively.
Is there a physical reason for depression?
There is something physically happening with all of us where there is a big mess. And because of this physical psychologically we are not feeling good. Sometimes it happens that everything is going well with us. Still, we do not like it. You are feeling bad. This has happened to many people. The mood is bad for no reason. Why does this happen? Have you ever thought?
For example, if you are ill, it does not feel good. Then, is that a psychological reason? Or there is a disturbance from physical reason? Mostly this is a big problem. If a person feeling not good, he is at home for two-three days and he does not feel like doing anything. That person feeling sad without any problem.
To understand this, let us take an example.
If you go to a doctor, then he will not pay attention to the psychological level. He will give medicine just by looking at your problem. All that he is doing is going on the physical level. You have to work at the psychological level yourself. Nobody else can do it for you.
No matter how much someone is telling you from outside, maybe he is a doctor, teacher or someone else. It does not matter much until that matter comes from inside you that I want to change my thinking. Physically healing yourself is completely in our hands.
The one who thought that it is enough now that I have to move forward, he will get ahead in 1 second. Before that we were sitting and crying for 1 month, this happens in life.
If there is something wrong with life, people think that man is all over, everything is ruined. Now I cannot do anything in my life. After that, a moment comes immediately where everything changes. It is called psychological. If the chemical locus of our body is with us at that time, then it will be better.
The medicine that the doctor gives is that he can handle the physical level that is wrong inside. Medicine handles the symptoms, not the cause.
