Everything that happens in our body is controlled by the brain.  The nerves from the body are transmitted to the brain, and the nerves from the brain are transmitted to various parts of the body.  So our brain is in control of everything.  By performing, researching and transmitting this, the brain cells become depleted and in need of rest.  This temporary rest of the brain is sleep.

Sleep can be analyzed in two main stages.

1- Non-Rapid eye movement –

The person slowly rolls their eyes while sleeping on it.  It is divided into four stages.

In the first stage, the person turns a blind eye.

The second and third stages are the intermediate state.

The fourth stage is deep sleep.  It takes about 90 minutes to complete these four stages.

Later, rapid swelling begins again.  The effect of sleep deprivation depends on the stage at which sleep is disturbed.

2 – Rapid Eye Movement REM (Rapid Eye Movement)

 It turns people yelling eye.

How much sleep does anyone need?

Children: The baby needs to sleep 22 hours a day from birth to one month.  Two-month-olds sleep 20 hours, four-month-olds 18 hours, and 1-year-olds 18 hours a day.  At the same time, the baby’s brain develops neurologically.  This is called the isolation process.  During this time, sleep deprivation can be severely impaired by noise pollution or sleep disorders.  The children are sleep deprived, so many children wake up in the middle of the night and cry for no reason.  No worries if there is no physical illness.  At this point, if the child is allowed to drink a little water or milk, they are asleep.

Many children wake up suddenly in two to five years, crying or trembling with fear, and sweating profusely.  It begins two to three hours after sleep, and from time to time it lasts five to thirty minutes and can last two to three to eight to ten times a night.

Forcing the baby to eat too much or too little or to have worms in the stomach can lead to sleep disturbances.  Sleeping with a high pillow can cause sleep problems if the baby has a sore throat or a cold.  The child should not put any food in his mouth while sleeping.  When sleeping, the child should not be scared or told horror stories such as ghosts, fairies, demons.  This is because it has a detrimental effect on brain growth.  If it is not treated with the general treatment, you should consult a doctor.

(2) Adult and old man: Adult and old man lose sleep.  An adult should sleep 5/6 hours a day.  Older people do not get a good night’s sleep due to lack of air circulation in the bedroom, food problems, or mental anxiety.  Lack of sleep can lead to heart disease, bladder disease, and lung disease.  Therefore, it is important to consult a doctor if you fall asleep.  Some people fall asleep using drugs or alcohol.  If they fall into this habit, they will not fall asleep without getting drunk.  These addictions have a significant impact on human intelligence, memory, and body balance, so they need to be addressed.

(3) Students: Students should not be allowed to sleep at night for long periods of time.  This has a detrimental effect on the brain.

(4) To the driver: Similarly, the driver should drive for 5/6 hours in concentrated rest and drive from time to time.  The causes of insomnia need to be examined for a wide range of reasons, including the chemical and mental processes involved in various neurological processes, including sleep.

The reason for not falling asleep:

(a) Excessive anxiety: Waiting with too much excitement to know something or waiting too long for someone to come.

(b) Depression: Depression for any reason.

(c) Insomnia (Mania): Insomnia or mental illness.

(d) Schizophrenia,

(e) Extreme pain: Excessive pain in the body due to any physical illness,

(g) Situational conditions: the horrors of war, floods and storms, etc. during natural disasters, when one of one’s relatives is in the hospital or ill, during night shifts, during social celebrations (weddings, etc.).

(h) Changes in daily life patterns such as returning from,

(i) Drug addicts: Drug addicts do not use drugs.

If any of the above is not sleepy, it needs to be treated; This is because when the body does not have enough rest, it can cause various physical and mental illnesses.  Drugs for the prevention of insomnia mainly depend on the type of disease.  Nitrazepam, Alprazolam, and Zolpidem are used for this purpose.  But if you use it for too long, it will add to the person’s addiction.  Psychotherapy tries to eliminate various causes of insomnia.

Although it is forbidden to buy or sell it without the advice of a doctor under the sleeping medicine law, nowadays drug addicts are using it in any way and abusing it, but it should not be done.  Because it causes a lot of damage to the body.  Sleep deprivation depends on a number of factors.  Therefore, the medication should be used after consultation with the doctor.

Some rules should be followed to avoid the dire consequences of insomnia.

(A) Regulation – Your daily routine should be done on time.

(B) Exercise– Exercise is essential for good sleep. Those who do not exercise should exercise in the morning or evening in the open air or walk two kilometres.
